Dark Side of Marlboro Historical Walking Tour

Sunday, October 12, 4:00 & 6:30 p.m.
Sunday, October 19, 4:00 & 6:30 p.m.

Drownings, murders, a spiritualist con man on the run? It didn’t happen in Marlboro…or did it? Join us for a spooky walking tour through the village of Marlboro. Guides will take you through town to various historical sites and relate long-forgotten tales unearthed in our local history collection.

In-person registration for this event is required. Spaces are limited and fill up quickly! Tickets are $10 each and are available for purchase at the circulation desk.

Please arrive early and gather at the front entrance to the Library. Tours leave promptly at their start times. Come 15 minutes early to check in and enjoy cider and snacks before the tour!

Due to content, this tour is for ages 18 and up, 12 and up only permitted if supervised by an adult.

Please note: Sneakers or comfortable footwear is recommended as we will walk about 1.5 miles at a brisk pace (walk at your own risk).

Registrants will be contacted in the event of inclement weather.

For those with mobility issues or interested in learning more, consider our alternative: The Dark Side of Marlboro History Presentation.
