Awakening Presence: A Mindfulness Meditation

Thursday, May 15, 7:00 p.m.

In this fifteen-minute guided meditation, participants will learn how to tune into the mind-body connection and approach it with a sense of curiosity, non-judgment, and attention.

Each workshop in this series will feature a short introduction, followed by a guided fifteen-minute meditation, and will end with space for participants to share their experience and ask questions. No prior experience is necessary.
