This is our first monthly Wine News Letter and we would like to offer you the opportunity to participate in finding a great name. Please send us your suggestions and if we select the name you proposed you’ll get two complimentary wine tasting notes.

• Enjoy the last days of this beautiful Indian summer with our wine of the month; the Merlot Rosé, crisp refreshing with fruit flavors and a dry lingering finish; try it with our recipe of the month or with pepper jack cheese, salads, poultry or lamb dishes.

• The recipe of the month is a dish that we enjoy regularly, that in our opinion pairs well with the wine of the month and that takes less then 20 minutes to prepare.
