Wednesday July 29 – Rhett TylerThe incomparable Rhett Tyler performs Solo and Acoustic RhettTyler.com
Rhett Tyler takes his audience on a soulful musical journey with an energetic house rockin’ show. Early Warning is a progressive fusion-blues power trio that propels modern blues-rock to the next level. Pete Hoff, host of Uncle Pete’s Blues Party on WNTI, NJ, describes Rhett’s performance as “Musical Lightening!”
Tyler’s career spans over forty years of innovative music, blending genres and pushing the boundaries of modern blues. Rhett has independently recorded eight CDs including his latest effort, entitled “The Rhythm, The Power, The Blue” (2013). Following a decade long near fatal battle with Lyme disease this virtuoso guitarist has returned to the stage with a renewed appreciation for life and direction of purpose and was honored in 2011 with an induction into the Blues Hall of Fame as Master Blues Artist.
“Rhett is not just proficient throughout the spectrum of today’s blues, he’s a universal master of all… You gotta hear him live!”
