Celebrate the height of “rosé season” on a sweeping tree bordered bluff overlooking the Hudson River at Summer in a Bottle Rosé Dinner, a memorable four-course meal paired with award-winning products from Long Island’s highly acclaimed Wolffer Estate Vineyard – three different rosé iterations and Wolffer’s pink gin in the welcome cocktail. The dinner is the latest in a series produced by Buttermilk Falls Inn + Spa’s dining destination restaurant, Henry’s at the Farm, in collaboration with regional wineries, breweries and distilleries.
Pairing highlights of this exciting Epicurean evening, which will also showcase some ingredients grown on the property’s on-site organic Millstone Farm, include: Grilled Sicilian-Style Swordfish Rolls. with golden raisins, pignoli & savory breadcrumbs with Raspberry Lavender Gin & Jam cocktail; Artisan Pasta from Abruzzo, Prosciutto di Parma, chanterelle mushrooms, saffron cream, Parmigiana Reggiano with Wölffer Estate Vineyard, Finca Wölffer Rosé; and Flank Steak Pinwheel, rolled with savory Maine lobster & lump crabmeat filling, tarragon beurre blanc, whipped Yukon gold potato, asparagus spears with Wölffer Estate Vineyard, Summer in a Bottle Rosé
The Summer in a Bottle Rosé Dinner will be Sunday, July 28, starting at 5:30 at Buttermilk Falls Inn + Spa, 220 North Road, Milton, NY 12547.
