Dear Bounty Festival Vendors, Performers, Demonstrators and Volunteers,
Thank you for participating in Saturday, October 3rd 10 am – 4 pm Heart of the Hudson Valley Bounty Festival! We are excited to announce we are partnering with Spina Bifida of NY Hudson Valley to conduct their Walk – N – Roll at the event.
The set up time is from 8 am – 9:30 am, breakdown at 4 pm. *(Please do not arrive before 8 am.)
To avoid backup and waiting, we would like to have vendors arrive in at the following times; 8:15, 8:30, 8:45, 9:00, 9:15 am. Please see below.
Please use your own adjustment on how much time you need to set up. If you need
1hr arrive at 8:15 am,
45 mins. 8:30 am,
1/2 hr. 8:45 am,
15 mins. 9:00 am.
This will help the event run smoothly and safely.
The event will take place in the back portion of the Cluett Schantz Park- 1801- 1805 Rt. 9W, Milton. The entrance to the park is near Milton Hardware. Please proceed to the right to the back of the park.
Please remember to bring a tent with weights/stakes, table, chairs and garbage containers (which need to be placed in the dumpster before leaving).
We ask that you PLEASE only park in the vendor parking lot 2, which you will be shown. Please drive slowly and be patient as we check everyone in and as we give instructions.
IMPORTANT –
- Please proceed to a festival staff member who will direct you to your space.
- We ask everyone to please first unload your items (merchandise, table ,tent, chair, etc) from your vehicle.
- Then, procedure to move your car to the vendor parking area and then begin to set up.
The Ladies Auxilary will have coffee, breakfast sandwich and sausage available for purchase under the pavilion at 8 am.
