Carla will be leading a nurturing yoga practice with a focus on somatic release, combined with qi gong from me focusing on gentle embodiment, and I will be performing acupuncture (or acupressure / reiki if you opt for that instead) during savasana. Kim will also be providing access to a library of resources for mothers who have experienced loss of a pregnancy or an infant.
