Experience dolce vita during a six-course Italian-style meal paired with fine Italian wines at Milton, NY’s Henry’s at the Farm. Executive Chef Gary Lucato’s campo a fattoria (farm fresh) menu complements such delicacies as lobster, black truffles, Grana Pandano (one of the world’s first hard cheeses, first created at an Italian abbey some 900 years ago), ostrich, champagne grapes, rabbit and red bananas with seasonal, locally grown ingredients. including some from the restaurant’s on-site organic Millstone Farm. Each of the six courses, introduced at the dinner by Chef Lucato, will be accompanied by wines representing the best from Italy’s most renown wine producing regions – Tuscany, Lombardy, Veneto, Piemonte and Puglia. Pairing and tasting notes will be provided by a representative of Aviva Vino Distributors, which partnered with Henry’s at the Farm to create the dinner.
